A film entry in the Listings pages on Friday about the Latinbeat 2008 survey of Latin American cinema, at the Walter Reade Theater, misidentified the nationality of the novelist Machado de Assis, whose work is the basis of two films that will be shown. He was Brazilian, not Argentine.
